This Terms of Service document ('Terms') governs the use of the website available at helpingcharitabletrust.in ('the Site'). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. The Site is operated by Leland Ashworth ('Owner'), whose postal address is 23 Kent Terrace, Mount Victoria, Wellington 6011, New Zealand. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Site.

It aims to connect users with nonprofit organizations engaged in community service and social welfare activities.
